Next Stop London makes available an online recruitment platform, where candidates moving to London and local recruitment agencies are matched (the “Services”).
Applicants and Job Posters agree that when corresponding with each other, such correspondence will be done directly and as such any contracts, employment agreements and/or arrangements will be formed between the two parties. Next Stop London shall not be party to any such agreements, contracts or arrangements.
Next Stop London will not be held liable for your use of the site and / or our services and we do not accept any liability arising out of the same (save to the extent required by law), including the accuracy of recruiter or candidate profiles.
These website Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) cover the terms on which you may use the site, conduct your business and purchase products.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the site. By using the site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
USER RIGHTS OF ACCESS

- Xero Limited, to issue our clients with invoices for services we provide them with;

- advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we will provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in Auckland).

enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their
